Very unprofessional service. The waiting room doesn't look clean, and is generally very depressing.
I went in for a sore throat yesterday. First the guys at the front window were rude. Second I was there in the waiting room before anyone else was there. This lady and her son came in after me but was called in before me. I let that go maybe it was something very important that needed to be handled ASAP. But when I was finally called to the back. El servicio es pésimo, estuvimos más de 4 horas esperando el resultado de una placa, cuando preguntamos me decía que el que leía las placas estaba en su casa y desde ahí las leía
This is urgent care not a hospital for urgent needs what a piece of crap, no radiologist on site urgent matters wait many hours.
