I just called last minute looking for long stem roses. Nelson helped me over the phone and they ran out of what I was looking for and he took 10 minutes to help me find another Place that might have the roses in bulk. Nelson gave me 10 star service! You cannot find customer service what he does just demonstrated any longer- thank you so much!!!
