My buddy fell off the dock with the forklift because the truck that pulled in wasn’t chucked. He hurt himself really bad and went for WCB. When my buddy came back to work they fired him shortly after. He should have sued the company
Absolutely horrible customer service, some of the worst I have come across in the trucking industry in 13 years. Damaged $14 000 in material loading 16" pipe into a van which is extremely dangerous and unsafe. Then send a cheque for $1300 and say there is nothing more they can do.
