They was able to get me into my new home in less than 30 days from the application process. They are rising our rent and are not providing more for the residents as in terms of lawn care or lot care or maintenance to the lots. Mine is not equally level and I've complained on several occasions. The water quality is probably not the best either. They suggest residents to use bottled water 💧.
I love Sartell Mobile Home Park! Beautiful community that's clean and residents take pride in their homes. Abbie the manager holds many community events for FREE! Abbie cares about the residents and makes us and our kids feel like family. Thanks Abbie!
