The park is under New Ownership, read the agreement they want you to fill out. If you own your home, they have no right to take ownership of your home. They want to do a force of title so they can say it's theirs.
There are a whole bunch of speeders and the park seems to do nothing about it me and my family almost get hit when we are outside
