My husband and I watched Nelson wash windows while we were having lunch 1 day at a food court. I couldn't help but notice how meticulous he was making sure that the windows were perfectly cleaned. Before we left I made it a point to talk to him and compliment him on his work. I also asked him if he did residential windows?
