Extremely unprofessional staff and bad at communication. I have spent in thousands buying from them but after last attempt i wont be looking back. After apologizing regarding my last order which i paid for in full and never got my order for months i have been trying to order their in stock items but everytime i never got a response after i was ready to purchase or all of a sudden they sold the item that was suppose to be bought. Do better and learn customer service

Needed an emergency pair glasses for my son who lost them in the ocean. The owner was so helpful and immediately made an awesome replacement pair....cut it right then and there! Where else can you get this done! Price was very reasonable, and service was way better than lens crafters, who could not make a pair for at least a week! And not to mention, he has the largest inventory of glasses in the island! 5 star for sure!
