The owner is a type who tends to talk down to the customer with an air of superiority, like you're an idiot. During a diagnostic procedure, one of his minnows snapped the porcelain insulator on an iridium tipped plug in my WRX. According to him I must have done it, the fact the motor wasn't missing prior to the event was irrelevant to him. The end result was a $130 charge for a new set of plugs.
