The Specialist's expertise and experience impressed me. He helped me figure out why my dryer wouldn't start. He discovered that the heat sensor was being triggered by a mesh screen in the roof vent that was preventing airflow. Additionally, I informed him of a rain gutter issue we were experiencing, and he provided us with an additional half-hour of free troubleshooting and cleaning. He will absolutely be used for our subsequent cleaning.
