It really is a hidden gem in San Antonio. They went above and beyond with my ring and could not be happier. I’d highly recommend this jewelry store to all my friends and family!
Absolutely incredible work- I reworked my original engagement ring (pictured with rose gold band) into a new trilogy ring and wanted to incorporate all of the original diamonds of my engagement band. He had the idea to do a pave ring to fit them all and it turned out GORGEOUS. The experience to give me an amazing recommendation and then deliver it to beautifully, I’m stunned. Could not recommend Hi-Tone more. The whole process was easy, helpful and transparent. I’ll be back!
Absolutely love them. Good people and flexible. They customized our engagement ring for an incredible price and it is so beautiful. Multiple times I've seen customers come in shocked at how good of a job they have done with their jewelry.
Would give this shop 100 stars if I could. The skill of this shop is unmatched but their compassion is beyond words. I brought in this bracelet to have the charm attached and get my ring cleaned. We suffered a miscarriage and upon telling Dylan, he let me know I could get the baby’s name engraved on the back of the charm in my own handwriting!
