Just wanted to give a shout out to the security guard inside the guard house at marsh harbor (light skinned with braids) for doing his job correctly all the time! He is extremely friendly and has a positive, energetic attitude always! Thank you:)
Outstanding customer service!!!! 10/10. The light skin guard (at marsh harbor gate) I’m not sure of his name goes out of his way to make us the residents feel safe!
The Security guy ant our housing community always greets us with a smile and always happy to see us. Makes coming home a pleasure.
I have been living here for the last 15 years and the newest security company hi tek has been really nice and helpful with all my guests. I have great relationships with the guards on site and with the property manager. My only problem is sometimes it’s hard to get in contact with hoa but for the most part the company has great guards and they are always a big help
The guards at the company do their jobs excellently. The company is very diverse and accepting of anyone who has the correct work ethic and credentials. If the residence that you are staying at is a private property then there are procedures that the officers must follow. If u have any concerns please feel free to contact the office during business hours
