Had to call their office with some questions and spoke to a lady named Sade, all I can say is what great customer service she has , she was very welcoming and answered all my questions regarding some tax paperwork I needed from years ago , her attitude was great! If only all customer service phone calls went down like this !

I don’t normally write a review unless the service was outstanding and a cut above. Hi-Tek Mechanical exemplified this with our AC replacement. Brandon and Christian (and 2 other techs) showed up early, were very conscientious of keeping the area clean and explained next steps throughout the process. The 2 other techs were equally as polite and knowledgeable. I also want to commend Dan for being honest, very punctual on responding, and always giving a great explanation on works best for me. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Dan and the team are professional, responsive, friendly and an all around pleasure to work with. With anything from creative solutions to off the wall issues with my facilities to staying in top of our quarterly hvac and refrigeration maintenance issues Dan and the team go above and beyond to keep us up and running at competitive and reliable prices. I’d recommend them to a friend, I’d have them in my home, and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

Dan and the Hi-Tek team are amazing to work with! I manage a 1M square foot commercial property and require prompt service and strong attention to detail when working on such a large property with so many tenants. I truly appreciate their teams' effort to provide efficient and quality service at a great value. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an HVAC vendor that cares about their clients and prides themselves on high quality work.
