Called to make an appointment and they never called me back. Lost my business.
I recently had Hi-tek come out to assemble a swing set at my home. They were very professional it was done in a efficient manner. I am very satisfied was at a reasonable and affordable price. I would definitely refer them to a friend. I will be calling them in the future to assemble projects I'm planning now.
I agree with the other review in wishing a ZERO rating was possible.This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. Hi-Tek no-showed on Christmas Eve, causing me to assemble our swing set until 4:30 Christmas morning. After confirming the appointment via phone and follow-up text the week prior, John went radio silent, including not returning calls or texts on the day of the appointment.
