This place had such good reviews and while the nail tech was nice enough, we were disappointed in the service. We were there for a polish change on toes. The old polish was not completely removed, there was no base coat, no trimming of nails and instead an old file was used. Sorry, but we won't be going back.
I had a mani-pedi on Monday for a wedding Lena and her husband was so nice and professional She put extra top coats to help to extend the polish and took great care The price is very reasonable and I will be happy to go back and also get gift certificates for my family
I have been a customer of another salon for years, and the owners unfortunately sold. The new owners were not a fit for my taste or customer service style so I was on the hunt for a new place. Hitek More than delivered. Not only do I love my nails and design, their customer service is wonderful! I didn’t review after my first visit because I wanted to see consistency. Now after another great visit I totally recommend them! Thanks HiTek!
