the team at Hi-Tech did a great job with my 2003 Thunderbird that needed a part the has not been produced since 2012. After great efforts to source and refurbish the part, the car is back on the road. thanks for the great service!

USAA recommended this shop after the Dodge dealers couldn't figure out my problem. They agreed to take a look. Test drove with Mike, who heard the noise, inspected the vehicle, and determined the problem. Since the car was still under warranty, he suggested I take it back to Dodge and that I would likely get a new transmission. Well Mike was right! Hands down, best in the business! Hi-Tech is the Mayo Clinic of transmission shops.
