Yes, There are many companies out there and those rollers are not cheap, so it is nice to find reliable company. Very well done, we are satisfied, The remote fell and i put the batteries in reverse and i called to complaint, though we live way ot in Palm beach, They came to fix, But than it was our "Bad", And they didn't charge, Way to go.
