They never respond..... reading their reviews I'm glad they didn't....
So..... 2 yrs ago My Coach was worked on at this Place. Had the worst experience ever with a body shop. Dropped Coach off in March and We were finally able to pick it up in September. Every excuse in the book as well as bold faces lies. Stay away far away. The reason for posting this, the repairs that were made on the rear of the coach have failed and it is at another Shop that a good friend of mine works at.... Body work was completely done wrong.......
Steps went out on my motorhome and because we were going on a trip I went to Hi Tech . They diagnosed it and ordered the part and said it would in by the following Wed. or Friday at the latest. I had to pay for the part upfront 702 dollars . The part did not come in and I said said cancel the order they refused then I was told the warehouse didn't have any and I said cancel and return my money they refused! Then I was told the parts were in transit 5 days later I was told the warehouse was out of stock again I ask to cancel ... read more
