Excellent company! Generator works like a charm. After having it for 4 years, we finally used it for 204 hours during Hurricane Helene. Very happy with how well it worked.
Excellent company to work with. Everything about my whole house generator was explained in detail before, during, and after the process. Within 2 weeks of installation we had an 11 hour electrical power outage. The generator worked flawlessly. It did take a couple online requests and a few phone calls before I got the 1st contact from them. Otherwise, very pleased.
I called Hi-Tech Power Systems, Inc because my generator went out on my ice cream truck. I needed this truck in order to conduct my business at Bruster' Real Ice Cream of Augusta. They saved me!!!! They found the time to troubleshoot my issue and offer a solution. They even lent me a part for my generator until the one they ordered for me came in. Who does that???? These people are very friendly and extremely helpful. I recommend that anyone needing service or anticipating service keep HTPS on your speed dial-- Top Notch.
Hi-Tech has to be one of the best when it comes to customer service and generators. We have 11 generators that I have to maintain on our campus. There has never been a time that they have not always come through for us. The Staff and Technicians are personable and very educated with multiple units. I HIGHLY recommend them if you need their services.
