Brandon was GREAT. Someone had actually turned our AC to “heat” and we thought it was a broken unit. Brandon changed it back and could have charged me ANYTHING, and I would have had to pay it. But he was honest and fair and even hosed down our dirty coils outside with no charge. South Florida has a 100 AC companies, and we’ve used many and been disappointed. But these folks at Hi Tech are brilliant, honest and fair.
