He translated his knowledge and experience into a solution oriented estimate. The high-tech scheduling department was also very nice and efficient. Thank you.
Never again! I called Hi Tech thinking I had a problem with my tankless water heater. I was getting hot water everywhere else in the house except in one shower, so clearly, it wasn’t the heater. Two technicians came over. They were polite, but it was obvious they had no real understanding of the issue. They spent over 20 minutes in their van before coming back with a “diagnosis”: supposedly, it was a faucet problem that would cost me $499 to fix. Their explanation didn’t make much sense. High Tech was wonderful. Came in on an emergency call. From the lady that took the call to the gentleman that showed up took no time. Marco was wonderful. Smiled, made me feel very comfortable with him. Marco was neat and clean and I do believe I found my new plumber when needed.
Andy was great and explained everything in detail. He ran quite a few diagnostic test tests. Great experience!
David is exceptional. Very thorough and due diligence. Explained all details and provided a go forward plan. He completed a full inspection on my unit by checking every detail, going on the roof, and ensuring solving the problem was correctly identified. I highly recommend David at Hi Tech Plumbing & Air!
