I found the team very friendly and trustworthy, I would definitely recommend there services. They did a great job on my car. I had to wait for my son to pick me up after 5pm, and they would not let me stay on my own and waited with me, I so appreciated that. Laura
The level of work and professionalism you expect from an automotive business here is horrible. Had car sent in to get some light bumper touch ups and respray and after everything was complete I noticed a little dent that they had missed a pretty obvious spot and the mechanic stated that he had already started painting before he noticed the dent was there and he couldn’t be bothered spending a few more hours doing what he was getting paid for. Disappointed. Car was returned to us in far worse condition than before. We have been left pondering if the business was using the vehicle for personal use or had purposely damaged it. The business failed to communicate delays in repairs and the quality of repairs was shocking. I would not recommend Hi Tech Mechanical Darra.
Worse experience ever, i made an appointment, and the day of the appointment, the lady just cancelled, saying they had something more important to attend. They didn't bother on letting me know, so i just wasted half an hour driving to get there. They didn't apologise or anything they just kicked me out of the, and she was rude apart of all. If i could give a zero start, i would. Don't ever go there.
