Ordered two new 5200 pound axles for a trailer that they built 18 years ago. Spot on with all their recommendations and everything fit perfectly. Had axles shipped to North Carolina. Highly recommend! Shannon is the best!!
I haven't had such a positive interaction on a marine scenario in years. Since I pick up the phone and drive my trailer there for around 55 min. The greeted me and solve the problem in the spot. I came in to buy some trailer wheel bearings and the owners wife helped me out, she was excellent and very knowledgeable. Great people to work with.
Excellent customer service. I’m from out of town and needed a bearing and seal kit for my travel trailer. Called all over and finally got recommended to Hi-Tech. They told me over the phone they had the kit and just come on over. So glad I did. They had the kits, walked me through some info on repacking, and it was a great experience. When in town, this will be my first call moving forward. Highly recommend Hi-Tech. Thank you!
