I haven't had such a positive interaction on a marine scenario in years. Since I pick up the phone and drive my trailer there for around 55 min. The greeted me and solve the problem in the spot. Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend this shop if you are looking for a high quality trailer and help.
I came in to buy some trailer wheel bearings and the owners wife helped me out, she was excellent and very knowledgeable. Great people to work with.
Excellent customer service. I’m from out of town and needed a bearing and seal kit for my travel trailer. Called all over and finally got recommended to Hi-Tech. They told me over the phone they had the kit and just come on over. So glad I did. They had the kits, walked me through some info on repacking, and it was a great experience. When in town, this will be my first call moving forward. Highly recommend Hi-Tech. Thank you!

From the friendly customer service to the quick job well done this place is top notch. For the past 5 years I've gone in here for little stiff and had an open wallet and constantly they have saved me money, whether they told me I can get by with this or that for another year (4yearaxles) they were right. They could have charged me everytime I walked in the door but they didn't.
