Yet again today I get a phone call asking payment for a charge of $187 for payment of Cpap supplies. Problem is this is the third time I’ve fought this war. October 2016 I move to another city. November 2017 new sleep study, new doctor, new CPAP provider etc. Notified hi tech / Lincare. Phone calls asking payment, prove I don’t owe anything. Very rude personal stuff.
My doctor ordered a nebulizer yesterday am. As of a few minutes ago and after talking to 4 different people at High Tech Healthcare they have yet to process the order. Now it is the weekend and it will not be until next week before this is ever resolved if then. Every person I talked to at High Tech Healthcare said they would resolve the issue. They were of absolutely no assistance at all! Their attitude was disinterested and detached and could not direct me to another source for our medical needs.
