This is our third experience with HiTech Windows. Excellent every time and in every way. From sales to installation to service we couldn’t be happier.
We have had Hi-Tech windows installed in two of our homes. Their Sales Associate, Rick Klassen, was very knowledgeable and provided creative solutions and ideas for our home. Rick is a pleasure to work with. The installation crew at both of our houses were fabulous! We continue to recommend Hi-Tech to family and friends looking for windows and doors!

Last year (2023) we had four windows installed at our house. The house is a 1950’s war home for reference. The deliverables and installation all occurred in the timeframe that was noted. Unfortunately, that is where the positives came to a close. The window that was added in our homes’ dining room has a screen that blows out the moment there is a strong gust. Tried several attempts to get things fixed from what I'm guessing is a poor install as I'm not a professional window installer. sent pictures emailed got every window in my house done through them. And even a custom 6-ft patio door which never slides properly or smooth. Let's tons of cold air in and they blamed it on the design of the house which I have a hard part understanding as the old door that was their old wooden one never did leak like that.
