Mr. Gulik has had the chassis of my vintage RCA large screen TV for more than three months. During my last phone conversation with him, he said that the parts dealer in CA would contact him the next day about sending it. Ripped Off by Hi-Tech Electronics (Richard) – Hi-Tech Electronics came to our home the same day we called, great right? Not. He pretended to diagnose our Toshiba Projection Screen TV, collected $89.00, never to be heard from again. We have made numerous attempts to contact him and have only succeeded a few times. He always makes excuses and says he will call back but he never has. Service is sucks – ok...I am going to tell my story. I made an appointment on wednesday. They told me that they will be here between 3-4. But I wait till 5pm. they still haven't came yet. I have to leave my place so I made another appointment on thursday. They told me that they will come at 4:30.I wait till 6:30....they NEVER COME and DIDN"T Tell me that they can't make it...How "RESPONSIBLE" they are.
