Do not trust this technician or company. When he arrived in my neighborhood he almost ran over my child, and when I asked him to slow down I was yelled at and dismissed. He did not perform the services asked, and was horribly rude throughout our meeting. 0/10 recommendations. Not trustworthy.
Really easy to work with. After fruitless trouble shooting an annoying loud buzz, located to the transformer, I sent my Onkyo receiver down via UPS for repair. Reji tried a couple of cheap fixes first but then ended up having to replace the whole transformer. It was boxed back up, I printed and emailed him a label and it was back in my house and up and running, buzz gone!
