We had some issues with our generator installation initially, but after reaching out, company leadership was very responsive, apologized, and issued a refund to make things right. While the project didn’t start smoothly, we appreciate that they took responsibility and followed through to ensure we were satisfied in the end.
We hired Hi-Tech Electric to install a new standby generator and upgrade our electrical panel. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from start to finish. During the quoting process, we were told customer service and accuracy were priorities, and that management would be present at the install. No one from management ever showed up.
