Bill (the electrician) was prompt & extremely knowledgeable. He conducted his assessment of the issue methodically & explained all possible scenarios with solutions. He even followed up the morning after, providing the service visit, to ensure everything he addressed was working properly. Bill is professional, engaging & cares about the quality of the service that he provides. I would recommend HI Tech Electric to anyone that is looking for acourteous, personable & professional experience.

Bill, owner of Hi-Tech Electric is kind, patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and ready to troubleshoot most electrical situations. He is respectable of cleaning up work space, and fortunately for me, he loves dogs, so I didnt have to barracade my furry friends. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Electric for all your electric projects

Quick and thorough. We had an urgent situation with our refrigerator not running and he was able to troubleshoot the problem put in a new outlet and upgrade the panel and got it working.

Will was very professional and he understand exactly what we were looking for. He was straight to the point and very good with the pricing as well. His work was so clean and professional and we are very happy with his service. He installed 2 ceiling fans for us in just 3 hours compared to 7-8 hours as others mentioned when we were looking for contractors.
