Worst lab I've ever used! A patient of mine is a former dentist and told me to use them for her retainer. The owner comes into my office, uninvited, and didn't speak to me or my employees, just drops off a box and lab slips. When I get the case back it's a completely unusable "product." I called and got someone who couldn't even speak English! An inexperienced dental student could do better.
My dental office has been using Hi Tech for years. We have been very pleased with all our crown and bridge work. This lab is extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Whenever we have a concern with a case or need something rushed it's very easy to contact Irene. Great work and high quality dental lab!
