Bad customer service I once took my faux fur blanket to Hi Tech to get cleaned and had the worst experience. It came back with a wet spot that had the scent of animal urine, when no animals were on it. I took it back to get cleaned again and they hesitated to fix it. When they finally did, it came back in the same condition. After 3 trips, they finally reimbursed my money, but not without much aggravation. The location is difficult to, as it is right on the corner of Oakway by the freeway. Lots of traffic.
