I have been comeing to James and Hi-Tech for going on 15 year (and 6 cars). I trust that they will do it right the first time, and correct it if they don't (even then are human). Prices are realistic, and in most cases ends up coming in "less" than originally quoted. Thanks for all the hard work over the years!
I found Hi-Tech Car Care by searching for "car repair in Phoenix Az". After reading the reviews, i felt comfortable calling and setting up an appointment. I spoke with Jim Garnand, the owner of Hi-Tech and he was very knowledgeable, courteous and fair. I have officially found my local shop and will continue to bring my car to Hi-Tech so long as I live in Phoenix.
My clutch went out in my Infiniti g20t. I called Hi-Tech Car Care, a repair shop in Phoenix that I Googled, and spoke with Jim Garnand. He was very knowledgeable and told me to bring my car down for a free inspection. I made it down the street and found out that my clutch plate, flywheel, and slave cylinder needed to replaced. Hi-Tech Car Care ordered me all the parts and installed them for a very fair price. They even provided a lifetime warranty on some of the parts.
