TL;DR: Hi-Tech gave me an amazing experience via vehicle and part knowledge, empathy, and swift action. All with matching hospitality. I did some review shopping for a new car shop to take my 2022 WRX Premium for a much needed maintenance appointment. I had a laundry list of things from the dealership that were claimed to be needed as well as a few things I wanted done as well. Extremely satisfied. The team at Hi-tech took really good care of me. Honestly, I really don't use shops for my car repairs, I'm one of those back yard mechanics. I have ran into problems from time to time, and needed expert repair. I have used Hi-tech for repairs on two of my vehicles, and every time I left with the same result.
