This was my last visit to Hi Tech Automotive. My first experience was very disappointing. I brought my car in for a repair, and Rick initially quoted me $60. After his mechanic started inspecting and taking things apart, he told me he would not continue unless I paid $280 instead. The second time, I came in for a Safety Standards Certificate.
