It's Rick owner of Hi Tech Automotive I want to correct review common NO NAME first of I have never met this person never spoke to this person I believe she just over heard story from her mom . Her Mom had Mercedes B200 towed in around 2022 for brake job Repaired was completed I called her Mom pick up car cause we have limited of space her Mom came paid for brake job but left car at the shop for over 2 1/2 years I kept calling her Mom to pick up her car and she kept delay and delay I keep telling her Mom City may tow car awa... read more
I’ve been dealing with this shoddy mechanic for over 5 months. Needed a new radio and he’s put in 4 cheap radios and still can’t get it right giving me the song and dance. I have no radio/backup camera and I’m out $1250. This is no way to treat a senior citizen! Beware!!!
Very rude person. Give no proper explanation. Faulty work. Avoid this garage....total waste of money and most precious time also
Rick is a nice guy but takes on to much work. I took my truck in to get a starting and stalling issues fixed. It took 3 weeks to fix it then it started again 4 weeks later. So I towed back to him it is 2 weeks now it is the 16 of Aug and nothing. Like I said he takes on to much work forgets to call to give a heads up. Rick is a nice guy he needs to get his priorities in line Dan
