Not an honest guy!!! Don't bring your car here! My mom brought her car to Hi Tech months ago to be fixed, she paid Rick over $3000 to fix it, ended up having more issues, my mom received a call from police telling her different plates were on it when the plates she brought it with were fine, somehow someone cancelled my mom's plates which wasn't her!
