Came in with Check engine Light on 2020 Buick Encore GX. Rob diagnosed the issue, set up a day to do the work and it was done promptly. Kept me updated throughout the process and contacted me the following day to make sure no issues!!! Price was lower than expected. I will be using him again!
When you come across good honest people I believe they need to be recognized for the good they do! As a new car owner, there were a lot of things I wasn't privy to when it came to my car, like getting it inspected or the health of my tires. I recently had an outstanding experience with Rob at Hi-tech. I feel compelled to share my experience. My air conditioning was only coming out cool on the passenger side, the rest of the vents all pushed out hot air. I took it in for a diagnostic 2 other places before going to hi-tech.
