Worst experience ever at this shop, the owner is full of it. He started off friendly, by explaining the situation with my car but when I stared asking questions he began to get defensive & raising his voice. The guy is a liar and has horrible customer service.
My husband and kids were on a moving trip to Texas from Everett. They broke down in a pick up truck and uhual trailer right outside of Sunnyside, WA. My husband didnt have cell service so I called around for mechanics for him. I spoke with Frank. He said he could help my husband out. After driving out to their break down spot and figuring put the problem, he said he would need to tow them back to town. This shop is not professional at all Frank who claims to be the owner worked on my car he quoted me $3,363 I had a lot of issues with him he would not give me any updates about my car every time I would call my calls would get ignored. I went on five different occasions to go check on my car because I would not get any updates at all any calls and to my surprise my car had not been touched my car had just been sitting out there I would ask Frank what was going on and he would say he has a lot going on he said he hurt his bac... read more
