Completely rude. All I needed was a jack to rotate my tires during an 2300 mile road trip and they were completely rude about it. Don’t come here. Also tried to charge me an arm and a leg just to do it.
I was passing through last week from South Dakota and noticed my truck was acting funny. I turned around and went to this shop to ask them for a code scanner. I had a horse trailer attached and they let me unhook it somewhere safely while they put my truck on a lift to diagnose. Though I didn't have good news, they did their absolute best to get me back on the road so I can make it to Billings. The worst mechanic I've ever been to. They charged me $80 to read the codes on my car and tell me I need a new transmission. They didn't lift the car or check it, just did what O'Reilly and Autozone does for free. I didn't even get paperwork of the diagnostic. Then they told me at checkout they were giving me a discount. If I had known the price, I wouldn't have agreed to the service. There's no business in that town so they rob you in plain sight, and aren't even nice about it.
