I had a dent in my Rivian R1T. Mike Geo from this shop or affiliated approached me in a parking lot. Sold me on a mobile dent repair (never gotten one before). After pushing out the dent he covered it in a wax/clay and said it needed to stay on for 72 hours. With the wax/clay on it, it looked like the dent was repaired, the surface appeared to have the right form. However, after removing the material it was horribly warped with paint chips. He changed my car properties and charge me with nothing.
I took my car in for an oil change, but they didn't do a complete job. The skid plate underneath my car did not get screw back in and some screws were missing. While I was driving it fall off.
