My elderly mother and I had a flat tire at night in a heavy rain storm on the very winding highway 42 east of Osage Beach. Triple AAA dispatched the best of the best! The guys at Hi-Tech hauled us back to the shop where they repaired the tire and sent us on our way home. We're grateful for their help and pretty sure you will be too!!

Riley was absolutely amazing when he towed my vehicle. He has great customer service skills. He made me feel comfortable and kept me informed on his E.T.A. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family.

A replacement clutch in my car they did not turn my flywheel because they called me and said it was a little warped did they want me to turn it and I said well yeah I paid them $1,500 for a new clutch you think that would have came included with it and I said well I already gave you have a check for $1,500 that I got a loan for can you just let me pay you on Friday they told me no we can't do that that's part of the clutch so they put a warp flywheel back in there after I spent $1,500 1 year later issues with clutch want own... read more
