Yesterday I was traveling from High River to Edmonton with my horse trailer when I hit a bad patch of ice and fishtailed pretty badly. Afterward, I noticed one of my tires was wobbling and knew something wasn’t right. I managed to limp it into Hi-Tech Auto, honestly just hoping they could help as I was alone and far from home. Our daughter had an emergency tire failure on her way from High River to pick up a horse in Edmonton and she limped it to Hi-Tech auto in Ponoka where the owner came and assured her she did not have a bent axle, just a bent rim and fixed her up and hardly charged her and sent her on her way. We are so grateful for such amazing people! Highly recommend!
I honestly can't say enough good things about this shop!! The service and quality of repairs was what made me go there! After repairing my sisters vehicle. I also had some issues with my car! When I called he was able to fit me in right away and get me back up and running within the next day!! A shop worthy of my repetitive business!!!
Honest, hard working people. My engine light came on and I gave him a quick call and they let me know to bring the car by the shop and I was in and out in no time.
Ed and the team are total class! I was considering buying a vehicle locally, they did a very thorough and honest inspection of it as if they were buying it themselves.
