Absolute trash appraisal service. Factual misrepresentations such as 2.1 baths versus 3.5 baths as well as using a comp from 2020 July during the worst selling market in recent real estate history. There are been over 50 homes sold within 3 to 5 miles of my house in the last 6 months which are similar MLS comps. My realtor was furious saying that using a comp that's over a year old is unprofessiona.. if I could sue this company I would. And should.
