Fantastic service and very helpful.
I'm really pleased with the service from Nationwide. We've saved thousands of pounds just in the first 6 months with them. They've provided a full risk assessment and run through the essential repairs to keep our lifts running smoothly. They've been very efficient when attending breakdowns and understand the importance of the lifts being in service as it's essential for our Care Home. Not very helpful at all. Takes engineers days to come out to lift, thus causing a health and safety issue. MD was rude and unsympathetic. They don't want to know about fixing your lift. Especially if they haven't fitted it. Excuse after excuse.
