John and team looked after me like I was family. He was always contactable by text and would ring me back promptly. He kept me extremely informed about the repairs to my red Mitsubishi Outlander, even sending me pictures and plans of the car to explain what was going on with the repairs. I cannot recommend this business highly enough!
