The sun has been pulled from under the rug, so to speak. Horrendous Meriton building to the North ahs now blocked much of the most wanted sun and or view from many Hi Surf units. Only the very from apartments remain attractive. This is the price of over development. Hi surf is nearly 50 years old , but still well kept for an old girl.
We want to sleep in, but the building across from us starts hammering away with jackhammers at 8:00AM, even on Saturdays and we are forced to wake up to the noise.
