這次入住的感受並不好，我們入住的房型是海景雙人房型，實際入住的房型根本跟照片的不符合。旁邊大樓在施工，整個海景都被遮蔽，還會看到工人在移動。還有早上六點多就開始施工，就被吵醒，只有星期日是安靜的。入住的隔天就反應此問題給住宿管理人員，她只跟我們說所有房間都住滿了，無法處理。入住的味道也不是很好，需要把門窗都打開透氣。退房的時候才通知我們需要把垃圾做處理，否則會有50AUD的處理費，訂房的時候，並沒有這項說明。

I had an incredible stay at Hi Surf, Unit 23B. The highlight for me was the breathtaking beach views – waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the waves from the balcony was unforgettable. Even better, there’s a patrolled beach directly across the road, which made it so convenient to enjoy the surf and swim safely. The location couldn’t be better. It would be great if the Spas worked. There's always at least an issue with one of the Spas every time Im down. People spending good money on holidays shouldn't have to constantly tell Admin what isn't working. If the excuse is incompetency then that may explain it but that won't work as a reason.
