I had an incredible stay at Hi Surf, Unit 23B. The highlight for me was the breathtaking beach views – waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the waves from the balcony was unforgettable. Even better, there’s a patrolled beach directly across the road, which made it so convenient to enjoy the surf and swim safely. The location couldn’t be better. It would be great if the Spas worked. There's always at least an issue with one of the Spas every time Im down. People spending good money on holidays shouldn't have to constantly tell Admin what isn't working. If the excuse is incompetency then that may explain it but that won't work as a reason.

飯店地點很不錯，樓下旁就是輕軌站，交通很方便，離海邊也超近，景色佳。 我們第一個房間4b，房間空間大，雖然感覺房內設備比較老舊，不過整理的很乾淨，海邊景色也不錯，後來因為落地窗玻璃有問題，所以工作人員幫我們換到12b，景色更好，房間也更新穎，感謝工作人員很快速的回應並解決我們的問題。

The hotel itself was lovely. Beachfront views were absolutely spectacular. Pool was clean and lots of fun. Highly recommended place to stay.

The managers here were great when we found ourselves in the terrible 7F apartment. (Assigned by booking.com) They responded to our valid list of problems with 7F by moving us to 14E which was fantastic. We are not particularly fussy travelers but 7F was really not clean and usable, or set up for 4 people to stay for a week. The owners either don't know or don't care how bad it is. However the managers are great and have a genuine customer focus and couldn't have responded better. Moral of the story.... not all apartments in ... read more
