Stay away from this company! Absolutely the worst customer service and are clearly incompetent in what they do.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried this place after Electric Motor Repair closed permanently. I dropped a motor off needing new bearings and a new capacitor (easy repair, just didn’t have time to do the parts research and repair myself) The office lady was indifferent and more or less let it be known that my business was an inconvenience. She called a tech up who explained “I may not want to do this because it’s $130/hr labor” which I explained wasn’t an issue. He said he would call as soon as they opened it up an... read more
The run capacitor went out on my shop compressor motor, and the numbers were worn off of it, so I wasn't able to find a replacement. I couldn't find a parts look up for Leeson industrial motors that showed one either. I called all over town and no one was able to help me out, until I called Hi Speed and talked to Tina. She was able to put in a call to Leeson and find me the right parts, and I had her ship them directly to me from Leeson. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff. Employees are rude, Stand off-ish and just down right unbearable. Not only does their customer service fail, so does their pricing. Equipment tested here is literally 6x the amount as other local businesses.
