I had a great experience with the esthetician, she was super knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to educate me on my skin, which I really appreciated! If you don’t have a solid at-home skincare routine or have never had a facial, this place might impress you. However, if you’re a skintellectual, it falls far short of impressive. The upselling here is relentless—some estheticians are more aggressive about it than others. My experience began with an immediate greeting upon my arrival, I was then introduced to my esthetician, Jaide, who provided an amazing service. Jaide listened to my areas of concern, tailored my facial to accommodate for these areas, and shared her knowledge throughout the entire service and made me feel super comfortable. This place is amazing! Conveniently located in the Galleria area and easy to find. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly and they have amazing products! My aesthetician greeted me within seconds of checking in for my appointment. She did a thorough assessment of my skin before asking me what I’d like to improve, she explained in great detail the products she was using and I left with glowing sculpted skin!
