I had an amazing experience today at Hi Skin! Kathleen was incredibly sweet, kind, and genuinely concerned about my needs. I’ve been struggling with dry skin for a while, and she took the time to really listen and ask the right questions to figure out what would work best for me. The facial she gave me was perfect—my face feels so much better, no longer dry or dehydrated. I left feeling refreshed and taken care of. I highly recommend this location and especially Kathleen. Thank you for the wonderful care!

I tried Hi Skin for the first time after seeing so many social media ads. My practitioner was absolutely amazing! We had a great discussion about my skin and the facial massage was everything! I told her that I felt my nervous system reset!! My skin feels soft and it's brighter! I bought a membership and already booked my next appointment.

I gave it 2 because the receptionist was really nice to me but I seen someone walked right through the open space and no one said anything so I asked was that the manager and the receptionist said 🤔 not sure. She went to the rest room and came back and sat down. She was a customer but the fact that it’s an open space with no privacy did it for me. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I recently had to cancel my membership with hi skin due to financial reasons. I still wanted to honor the credit I got charged for after I took a break. While I was on the phone to cancel, they asked me if I wanted to use my credit this week, so I asked if they could book an appointment for me. I normally get a 30 minute facial because that is what my credit is for. But, they booked me for a hour facial and I was unaware that it was a hour.
