The facial was okay — my skin felt nice afterward, but the experience wasn’t anything special. The service was fine, though it felt a bit rushed. Overall, not bad, just not as relaxing or personalized as I expected.

I did not have a good first experience. My esthetician was nice enough but we talked about my skin and add ons and I did not realize that our discussion and actual add-on (microdermabrasion) would bleed into my facial time. So once done with the add ons, my facial time lasted a few minutes in a very hurried fashion with missed steps, which is what I came to initially get done.
