What a terrible customer service experience. Mainly front desk and management. Gave this place a chance a year later because the first time was just OK. I went in for a facial. The gal that did my facial upsold me and gave me the wrong price. At checkout, they were charging me more than I was quoted in the chair. And that was on her and I wasn’t going to pay for something I was priced wrong on. Demi paid special attention to the extractions needed!! My skin is glowing and feels soft.
OMG! I've never had a facial before, and this was a lovely experience. My esthetician Mileya was very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great customer service! I will definitely be back. Also, I like how they do use the steam machine ( those harbor bacteria)and extraction tools. They use warm towels and they perform extractions by hand
