They had my vehicle three days, charged $350 and fixed nothing. I tried to work with them in trying to find a solution to repair a couple of issues with my truck, they kept coming up with excuses on why they wouldn't do anything, and then told me they were too busy even after I made an appointment with them three weeks prior. Very disorganized and dirty place, appearances in this case definitely reflect the level of service. As far as service goes: Knowledgeable, quick, polite, fair price.

My Friend bought a beautiful suv from H&I and they have given her the best service
Want to get my truck fixed it had airbag needed to be adjusted took it to him spent $600 told me it was fixed the next day. It didn’t work again. Air bag error came up. I went to tell him they told me would cost me more money to fix my truck and I said why should I have to pay for something that you guys fixed and they both walked away from me I kept trying to talk to him about it.
