I came here for a few cannisters of butane. Someone helped me right away and I was in and out quickly.
I made a purchase of an item and found it was not compatible for my needs. I have misplaced the receipt but had proof of purchase and could tell them what else was on the receipt but they would not attempt to look it up. The owner just said nope and walked off, wouldn't even have a conversation about it. Just left his young cashier there who has no idea what to do... great store, had what I needed
Purchased a $10 item. Returned to the store with a online version of proof or purchase. They refused to return the item because I didn't haven't the original paper copy. I asked for a return policy. The posted return policy says that returns must have a proof of purchase. Nothing about the original paper copy. Could have bought online for 1/2 the price. Could have gone to Walmart for 30% less.
