most of these bad reviews are probably true. It's never really a pleasant time when I come here. It's a small selection and on top of that you always feel on your own here. Spent the entire time looking for someone to help and not one person in sight. Basically walked in looked around for 20 minutes and realized I was wasting my time. Spend the extra time to go to Lowe's or Home Depot. Or really any other hardware store. Customer beware
Lots of stuff and usually has what I want.
I stopped in to get some Traeger rub on the 4th of July. The green haired lady in customer service informed me that our country was dead and in a year we will all be poor and homeless because of the current politics. I truly believe she was having a mental health crisis. After 20+ years I will never step foot in this store again.
Horrible owner. I have a service who is registered and the owner berated me calling me a lier even after I showed him his registration card with the federal government's website and registration number. My dog is a medical alert dog and placed his paws on my heart when my BP goes up. While he was advising me my anxiety and BP went through the roof and my dog alerted, only for the owner to accuse me more saying service did don't jump. It's what he's trained to do.
