Convenient and a friendly staff.
This place has the worst customer service imaginable. Every time I come here, I have to chase down employees who literally turn around and walk the other way. During covid, a tall guy with glasses took the time to approach my wife and I to tell me to cover my nose with my mask. Ok, my bad. But, when she asked for paint samples, he said oh, uh, we don't do that, and walked away. Dude who owns this place, the horrendous customer service is a direct reflection on you. Always the first stop when I'm fixing something.
Horrible owner. I have a service dog who is registered and the owner berated me calling me a lier even after I showed him his registration card with the federal government's website and registration number. My dog is a medical alert dog and placed his paws on my heart when my BP goes up. While he was advising me my anxiety and BP went through the roof and my dog alerted, only for the owner to accuse me more saying service did don't jump. It's what he's trained to do.
