I called Mark to book my boat trailer in for some work regarding some brake issues I was having. Being this time of year (mid November) he told me that it would likely be a month until he could fit it in. He then explained that it was a fairly common issue and instructed me how to fix them myself, then later adding 'if you have any issues, call me back and I'll walk you through it'. Issue resolved. Thanks again Mark for the amazing customer service. Its no surprise your so busy, Definitely recommend.
