I called Mark to book my boat trailer in for some work regarding some brake issues I was having. Being this time of year (mid November) he told me that it would likely be a month until he could fit it in. He then explained that it was a fairly common issue and instructed me how to fix them myself, then later adding 'if you have any issues, call me back and I'll walk you through it'. Issue resolved.
