I honestly, I have no words to description the little inconsideration they have. I work for a high rise property and was looking for some information on window cleaning. I called both numbers in Boston & Winthrop. In Winthrop, Betty was extremely rude on the phone since the very start of the conversation. The Boston number was just as worse with the employees hanging up the phone on your face. I don't usually write reviews but after calling both number form this company and being spoken to in that manner is unacceptable.
Great company the owner and worker are honest reliable reasonable. Always on time. The supervisors and owner are personally on job sites. They take pride on making sure the job is done rite.
